Lots are priced individually, based on size and location. Infrastructure installation will be starting Spring 2024 with lots buildable in the Fall of 2024.
These lots are non-builder attached, however; we can recommend a local builder in the area that we've worked with and trust.
Country-Style living featuring single family lots as large as 1.25 acres, many along a tree-lined creek, and all within a golf cart ride to the Post Office, Kelcey’s Convenience Store, Farmer Brown’s, El Bee’s, Dog House Saloon and R Bar. Better yet, all residential lots can have developer approved outbuildings! All houses/buildings must be slab on grade construction, and must be built to the Base Flood Elevation (BFE). Flood Plain Information
All lots must be built up at the location of the permanent structure to meet or surpass the BFE (Base Flood Elevation). Then the homeowner will apply to get a waiver to not carry flood insurance.
While the photo above (taken during the historic flooding of 2019), does not show any water reaching the development location, it still lies within the Flood Plain and is subject to the regulations set forth as such.
